About this role

About Glean:

Glean is the Work AI platform that helps everyone work smarter with AI. What began as the industry’s most advanced enterprise search has evolved into a full-scale Work AI ecosystem, powering intelligent Search, an AI Assistant, and scalable AI agents on one secure, open platform. With over 100 enterprise SaaS connectors, flexible LLM choice, and robust APIs, Glean gives organizations the infrastructure to govern, scale, and customize AI across their entire business - without vendor lock-in or costly implementation cycles.

At its core, Glean is redefining how enterprises find, use, and act on knowledge. Its Enterprise Graph and Personal Knowledge Graph map the relationships between people, content, and activity, delivering deeply personalized, context-aware responses for every employee. This foundation powers Glean’s agentic capabilities - AI agents that automate real work across teams by accessing the industry’s broadest range of data: enterprise and world, structured and unstructured, historical and real-time. The result: measurable business impact through faster onboarding, hours of productivity gained each week, and smarter, safer decisions at every level.

Recognized by Fast Company as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies (Top 10, 2025), by CNBC’s Disruptor 50, Bloomberg’s AI Startups to Watch (2026), Forbes AI 50, and Gartner’s Tech Innovators in Agentic AI, Glean continues to accelerate its global impact. With customers across 50+ industries and 1,000+ employees in more than 25 countries, we’re helping the world’s largest organizations make every employee AI-fluent, and turning the superintelligent enterprise from concept into reality.

If you’re excited to shape how the world works, you’ll help build systems used daily across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk, GitHub, and many more. You'll be deeply embedded where people get things done. You'll ship agentic capabilities on an open, extensible stack, with the craft and care required for enterprise trust, as we bring Work AI to every employee, in every company.

About the Role:

Glean is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help enterprise customers across Latin America turn complex information and AI challenges into practical business outcomes. You will partner with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle, from discovery and solution design through tailored demonstrations, technical evaluations, and purchase decisions. This is not a demo-only role: you will help customers validate the right use cases and create a credible path from technical evidence to a business decision.

You will:

• Lead technical discovery with enterprise customers, uncovering business goals, workflows, technical requirements, stakeholders, decision criteria, and risks.

• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, architecture workshops, and customer presentations that connect Glean’s capabilities to specific customer outcomes.

• Lead technical evaluations and proofs of value with agreed scope, measurable success criteria, clear customer responsibilities, and decision gates.

• Explain enterprise AI, search, and SaaS architecture—including integrations, data flows, identity and permissions, security, and operational tradeoffs—to technical and business audiences.

• Help customers evaluate build-versus-buy choices by surfacing lifecycle effort, security, maintenance, and ownership considerations without relying on FUD.

• Build value cases for strategic opportunities, including customer-specific ROI and procurement-ready business rationale.

• Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, map stakeholders, align on meeting objectives, and create clear next steps while maintaining distinct AE and SE ownership.

• Multi-thread technical and executive relationships and help maintain momentum when stakeholders or evaluation requirements change.

• Bring customer insights, product gaps, and competitive patterns back to Product, Engineering, and the broader Solutions Engineering team.

• Create reusable regional demos, technical guidance, and field learnings that help the team execute consistently.

About you:

• Approximately 3+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, technical pre-sales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or comparable customer-facing technical work in enterprise SaaS.

• Strong technical discovery and solution-design skills, with the ability to ask precise questions, make assumptions explicit, and explain integration, identity, security, and architecture tradeoffs.

• Experience delivering customer-specific demonstrations, workshops, or technical evaluations and adapting your explanation for both engineers and executives.

• The judgment to define a useful proof of value: why it is needed, what it will prove, how success will be measured, and what decision follows.

• The ability to translate technical fit into business value, including the confidence to recommend a narrower evaluation—or no evaluation—when that best serves the customer.

• Experience working with technical buyers and partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams through complex customer decisions.

• Fluent Spanish and Portuguese for customer-facing conversations and materials across the role’s regional coverage, and professional English for internal collaboration.

• Curiosity and learning agility in enterprise AI, search, and modern SaaS platforms, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly without overstating what a product does.

• Clear written communication, dependable follow-through, and a collaborative approach to working across countries, functions, and stakeholder groups.

• Experience with enterprise AI, search, knowledge management, data platforms, developer tools, enterprise integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, identity and access management, security reviews, competitive evaluations, ROI models, technical business cases, reusable demos, or regional enablement materials is helpful but not required.
