Hiring questions.

Can I hire a senior AI engineer through Torchlane?

Describe the experience and technical depth you need. Torchlane trains applied AI implementation skills; program completion alone does not establish senior engineering experience. Any introduction depends on a candidate’s background, evidence, fit, and availability.

What evidence can my team review?

The project standard includes a running application, source code, test evidence, a demo, a client presentation, and an operating handoff. Ask candidates to explain their own decisions, limitations, and contribution. Teaching projects use synthetic records.

Does an inquiry guarantee a candidate introduction?

No. An inquiry starts a discussion about your requirements. Torchlane does not publish a live candidate inventory or guarantee an introduction. Your team remains responsible for assessment, employment terms, and final selection.
